Description

The AS1376 low input voltage, positive voltage regulator is designed to deliver up to 1A while consuming typically only 67μA of ground current. The device can be used in applications that use multiple supply rails to generate a low voltage and high current power supply.

Operation at the full 1A load current is dependent upon the maximum power dissipation available from package and environment.

The low input voltage and ultra-low dropout voltage (120mV @ 1A load) supports operation in small applications with minimum input-to-output voltage differentials.

The device has a stable output voltage (using only one 1μF to 4.7μF capacitor), strict output voltage regulation accuracy (±2%), and good line- and load-regulation.

The device is available in adjustable and fixed output voltages from 0.5V up to 2.2V in 100mV steps (50mV from 0.5V to 1.1V).

The AS1376 is available in a 8-pin 2x2mm TDFNpackage and is qualified for -40°C to +85°C operation
