Camera Flash LED Drivers
ams’ high current photoflash LED drivers belong to the world’s smallest and most accurate IC solutions. The AS3645, for example, an up to 1000mA inductive based flash LED driver consumes less than 25sqmm of PCB area including all relevant external components. Further the AS3645 has a accuracy of +/-5% for the high flash current and drives up to 2 LEDs in series for highest efficient light output.
