Description

The AS1701 is a 1.6W bridged audio power amplifier. The Demo-Kit helps engineers to make life easier when doing any kind of audio or power consumption measurements. In order to reduce the characterization and measurement time for system developers the eval board is fully flexible and supports easy to handle input and output terminals for doing the desired measurements. The audio input signal can be either feed to the amplifier input using simple test points or a highly professional 3.5mm audio jack. The audio amplifier output is directly connected to an on board configurable resistive 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm load. Of course it allows you also to directly connect your own load to the amplifier output using the on board 2mm banana sockets. All inputs and outputs are equipped with additional measurement pins besides the input and output sockets.
